Jaewoong Kim, Ph.D.

Fundamental idea

  • Understanding human body is very important for everyone. He tries to figure out all causes of motions and thoughts.
  • Physical activation increases the blood circulations. It can eliminate blockages in the human body. Eventually, your brain and body will function better off.

Teachiong philosophy

  • His key teaching philosophy is love.

Unique Pedagogical Approach

  • Additionally, Taekwondo motion will be presented clearly to the students with easy mechanical principles. Thus, they can understand and perform Taekwondo better. His teaching experiences are mingled with the 3D motion analyses of Taekwondo. Students will experience physical and mental enhancement through classes. The main themes of biomechanics are performance, efficiency, and injury prevention

Healing Stretching

Stretching for healing was initiated from the experiences of fixing people with pains manually. For an example, stroking the stomach or back worked for the stomachache. Making proper blood circulation was the easiest solution to fixing stomachache, headache, and other injuries. Thus, the combination of self-stretching movements and self-striking was developed.
Multiple people have already experienced their body healing through the stretching.
